                  ChartsValuation & Peer ComparisonCommunity BuzzPEER COMPANIESDivi’s LaboratoriesCentral Bank of IndiaAshok LeylandAmbuja CementsACCEXPAND TO VIEW ALL NEW DELHI: The BSE Midcap index hit a record high of 15,994 in Tuesday’s trade, with shares of Divi’s Laboratories (up 6.41 per cent), JSW Energy (up 3.92 per cent), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (up 3.23 per cent) and ABB India (up 3.12 per cent) surging over 3 per cent.

                  However, components such as Central Bank of India (down 2.87 per cent), Indiabulls Housing Finance (down 1.25 per cent) and Concor (down 0.98 per cent) were trading in the red.

                  The index was trading 113 points up at 15,979 around 12.15 pm (IST), while benchmark Sensex was 178 points up at 32,060 and Nifty was trading 51 points higher at 10,057.

                  Benchmark indices remained up on the back of positive Asian cues as geopolitical concerns subsided.

                  All sectoral indices were trading in the green on NSE, with realty, PSU bank, pharma and metal indices rising more than 1 per cent.

                  Over 90 stocks, including ACC, Ambuja Cements, Ashok Leyland and Tata Steel hit fresh 52-week highs today.

                  In the Nifty50 pack, 35 stocks were trading in the green, while 16 stocks were in red.

                  On BSE, 1,387 stocks were advancing whereas 979 stocks were lagging.
