                        Sky Industries (down 9.95 per cent), D-Link (India) (down 9.91 per cent), Ruby Cables (down 9.88 per cent), Facor Alloys (down 9.73 per cent) and BS Ltd (down 9.71 per cent) also plunged up to 10 per cent.

                        Strong selling was observed in realty, bank, auto and metal stocks.

                        All sectoral indices were trading in red on NSE, with Nifty Realty cracking over 3 per cent.

                        Indian Oil Corporation, Adani Ports, Tech Mahindra, ACC, Infosys, Tata Power and Ambuja Cements slipped over 2 per cent in the Nifty index.

                        Coal India, Indiabulls Housing Finance, Bosch and Oil & Natural Gas Corporation were among few stocks trading in green.

                        Nifty50 index was trading 98 points lower at 9,877, while the 30-share Sensex was 247 points down at 31,645 around 12.35 pm (IST).

                        In the Nifty50 pack, 5 stocks were trading in green, while 46 stocks were in red.

                        On BSE, 705 stocks were advancing whereas 1,737 stocks were lagging.
